Caleb was able to provide a low profile solution that would stabilize their concrete pad to allow it to pass inspection. Now the homeowners can move past this new addition experience and begin to enjoy their home!

Our seasoned Foreman, Rob Burger, and his crew completed the installation of six Helical Piers to stabilize the concrete pad so the homeowners can feel confident that their new addition is structurally sound. 

This homeowner in Shenandoah reached out to Fortress because the floors in their home had started sagging, and they has a crawl space that was damp and musty.

Fortress went out and installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo Wall Insulation, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and our SmartJack Crawl Space Support System to resolve these issues.

This homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions because they were concerned with several cracks in their garage and on the outside of the house do to foundation settlement.  We solved this problem by installing four Push Piers that stabilized the wall so they will never crack again.

This basement in Calloway, Virginia had some vertical and horizontal cracks on the walls due to foundation settlement. Fortress installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors to permanently stabilize this home. 

This basement in Luray had a basement that was cracking and bowing. It was also having a slight leaking issue and was very cold. To solve these issues, Fortress installed CarbonArmor Straps on the walls. Fortress also installed SentrySeal and SilverGlow to the outside of the basement to seal it off from water and insulate it.
