This home required Power Braces on two walls of their basement to keep the wall secure and stabilized. 

This basement in Lexington had cracking and bowing walls along with water damage. This can be very dangerous because it is a sign that the foundation wall is failing. Fortress was able to solve this problem by installing Our CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System to stabilize the foundation. Over time CarbonArmor can be tightened to straighten the wall. We also installed a full perimeter WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This will ensure that the basement stays dry!

This home owner in Lexington reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions because they had a damp, musty crawl space with the floors above it sagging.

Fortress went to this home and installed our SmartJack System to support those sagging floors. The SmartJack system permanently lifts and stabilizes existing beams and floor joists in the crawl space. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SilverGlo Wall Insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier were also installed to keep this crawl space clean and dry!
