Fortress Foundation Solutions installed four jacks to support beams in our basement. The materials used were superb and exceeded only by the workmanship of the crew. Fortress Foundation Solutions was an excellent company to come do the work I had to get done in the basement putting in a drain, sump pump, and shore up the block wall. The entire crew was very professional and very polite. The foreman, Cope, listened to what I had to say and he is very easy to understand and explain what was going to happen. The crew cleaned up after all the work. They have my highest recommendation and would gladly contact them again for any of my future needs.

Caleb came out the same week I reached out to the company to look at our retaining wall. It was not a job they could do, but he gave me a solid referral for a mason.

I recently had fortress foundations do a major foundation stabilization to our home. From the very beginning this project went with out a hitch. From Danny coming and doing an assessment and estimate of the project to David and his crew coming and doing the work. They called to give us a time when to expect them. When David and crew got here they went straight to work. They understood our foundational issues. They were very respectful of our property and careful not to damage anything. I have worked around construction most of my life and these guys were great. They didn’t use any profanity and that was very refreshing and professional. I can’t give them enough compliments. If you’re needing this type of work done these people are the best. I would give them 5 stars.

You are specialists and know what needs to be done and how to do it. Your costs are very fair and manageable, which is so helpful and important in an often very upsetting situation that requires repair. There were no hidden fees or changing of costs. Fortress has a lot of integrity and transparency. I like that. Someone else had estimated 3-4 weeks of labor and over $30,000 more than Fortress quoted. You all are godsends.

We went with Fortress because they offered the most comprehensive plan to fix our foundation completely, not just a part of it. This kind of work isn't cheap but we figured if we were going to do it at all, we'd do everything and do it right, then never worry again. Caleb was always helpful and communicative throughout the process, and the team that came out (Tyler, Daniel and Lump) were professional and answered every question we had. Due to what they found in the ground they had to change part of the plan at one point; Tyler was very communicative with us and was able to make changes to the work order the same day, so they could carry on essentially without interruption. When the city inspector came to look at the push piers they'd installed, his exact words were that they did a textbook job, couldn't be better.My wife and I were very happy with how they treated us and how they did the job. If you want things done right, you should consider this company.

Very pleased with the work they did at our new home. We had a mold problem in crawlspace and foundation needed support where walls in basement were pushing in. All persons involved were exceptionally professional and courteous.
