While he was at my home, he evaluated the basement and gave me some ideas and options of how to reduce humidity and cold air coming through. Again, he was helpful and gave my good answers while not being too pushy like other salespeople. He even helped me move a mattress while he was at my home! Pete and Clint helped us address some cracking in our foundation due to a large tree, some clean up, and encapsulating that area under the house. They did an amazing job! My bathroom floor was uneven, and I suspected the worst: that I needed foundation joist repair. I contacted Fortress Foundation Solutions and Eddie Salido inspected my bathroom floor and my foundation, and he concluded that my foundation joists and floorboards were in good condition. He said that I have a leaky toilet that has damaged the subfloor. He advised me to call a plumber and said he could probably fix the subfloor. I followed his advice, and I hired a plumber who will repair my leaky toilet and replace the subfloor.Mr. Salido was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about his profession.
