Paul was super helpful and gave me an honest opinion about my retaining wall without selling me something I didn’t need. While he was at my home, he evaluated the basement and gave me some ideas and options of how to reduce humidity and cold air coming through. Again, he was helpful and gave my good answers while not being too pushy like other salespeople. He even helped me move a mattress while he was at my home! Definitely recommend Fortress Foundation to get an honest opinion on retaining walls or basements.

Great experience with Fortress from top to bottom. The estimate provided me with invaluable information regarding what exactly was going on with my basement. They even sent out a second set of eyes to look at my problems when I got conflicting repair quotes through other company's and was unsure how to proceed.truly above and beyond service. When time came for the install, Nick, Jared, and Anthony were professional, courteous, and worked diligently to finish the project before the original estimated completion date. I had some minor damage to my foundation, at two corners actually. I used their website to submit an inquiry, and within minutes, I got a call to schedule an assessment. Caleb was my technician, who communicated with me every step of the way, arrived on time, and was very professional. Pete and Clint helped us address some cracking in our foundation due to a large tree, some clean up, and encapsulating that area under the house. They did an amazing job! The foundation was still solid so that's all it took.They also cleaned up all of the debris which was s great help! We are very happy with the job they did.
