Nick was the foreman on this project, along with his helper Ricardo. They got to work installing two helical piers to permanently stabilize the patio. In the after photo, you can see how cleanly the bracket is installed - and once covered with dirt, it sits nearly flush with the ground.

Before, the Fitzgeralds in Alexandria, were experiencing structural concerns beneath the deck that supported their sunroom. After a full inspection, we found the area needed additional support, but the tight crawlspace made access difficult and required sections of the deck boards to be carefully removed.
